Healthcare Solutions Ltd. is on the lookout for a qualified Nurse in Pretoria. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. We want someone who is enthusiastic and supportive of their colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health issues and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient activities and manage treatment schedules.
• Administer medications and provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Educate families on health issues and encourage healthy practices.
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing (BN) or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing role

Technical Skills

• Wound Care Management
• Patient Assessment

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Conversational

Advantageous

• Certification in Advanced Wound Care: Certification indicating advanced skills in wound care management.
• Training in Mental Health Nursing: Training in mental health nursing practices will be considered a plus.
