Compliance Manager

Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure that our operations are compliant with legal requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for creating compliance programs and conducting training sessions for employees to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance existing compliance programs.
• Perform due diligence for vendor compliance.
• Stay up to date with changes in laws affecting compliance.
• Implement corrective actions for compliance failures.
• Organize and facilitate compliance workshops.
• Create a compliance communication plan for stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

• Legal Research

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in deep auditing: Proficiency in conducting complex compliance audits.
