Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs by collaborating with clients and understanding their requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes.
• Advise clients on market trends and salary expectations.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as necessary.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and person specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
