Responsibilities

• Analyze production layouts and recommend design changes.
• Implement strategies to reduce production costs while maximizing quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential adoption.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions with teams to brainstorm solutions.
• Conduct time studies and benchmarking against industry standards.
• Prepare project proposals and budgets for process enhancements.
• Assist in training staff on lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Relevant advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
