Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
Manage performance appraisal systems and processes.
Ensure legal compliance regarding employee records.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair processes.
Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitate employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee development.
Assist in the review and update of employee handbooks.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Master's degree in related field is preferred
