Job Description

Join our vibrant team as an HR Generalist in Johannesburg, where you will take charge of various HR responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance regarding employee records.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee development.
  • Assist in the review and update of employee handbooks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
