Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace through engagement strategies.
  • Support the implementation of HR technology and systems.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Advocate for employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
