You’ll be involved in various projects from concept through to realization, ensuring that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable and compliant with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Collaborate with clients to determine needs and preferences.
• Conduct site analyses to assess landscaping and environmental considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws and building codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients.
• Use CAD software and other design tools to create detailed drawings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architecture or design roles

• AutoCAD
