You will be responsible for handling various legal documents, conducting legal research, and participating in client meetings. Responsibilities

• Evaluate legal issues and develop solutions for clients.
• Analyze complex legal documents and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate negotiations to resolve client disputes.
• Compile legal reports and summaries for management.
• Assist in the preparation of filings and legal submissions.
• Participate in planning meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior legal staff and interns.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Admitted Attorney is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a legal advisor or in a similar role
