Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee compliance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee compliance monitoring processes.
• Identify areas of compliance risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development of compliance training materials.
• Review and approve compliance-related documentation.
• Interface with regulatory agencies as required.
• Facilitate internal compliance reviews and audits.
• Report compliance metrics and trends to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications such as CCEP or CICA are highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years experience in compliance, law, or related field
