Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Implement and promote employee wellness programs.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and HR communications.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
