Job Description

As the HR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, performance management, and professional development programs. Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit interviews.
  • Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions to improve workplace skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and update them as necessary.
  • Assist in implementing employee wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast HR needs and develop succession plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR diploma or certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management.
