HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Compliance Officer, where your expertise will guide our compliance strategies and help foster a culture of ethical practices. You will play a key role in auditing, training, and implementing policies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and disseminate updated compliance policies to all employees.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations to adjust compliance programs accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of required documentation.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop action plans.
• Educate employees on their compliance responsibilities within HR practices.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is organized and easily accessible.
• Review and assist in the development of employee handbooks and guides.
• Participate in HR strategy meetings to address compliance concerns and risks.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of a positive compliance culture.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Law is preferred
• Certifications in labor law or compliance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within HR
