• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Customer Service Proficient in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Budget Management Skilled in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Staff Training Experienced in training and developing a hospitality staff.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Ability to address and resolve conflicts effectively.
• English (Fluent)
