Job Description

Join our team as a Payroll Advisor, where you will manage and oversee payroll processing for our clients. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide expert advice on payroll matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll processing cycle, including deductions and contributions.
  • Provide analytical support in payroll processes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures concerning payroll.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
  • Implement improvements in payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll records and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation.
  • Engage with external auditors for payroll audits as required.

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a financial institution: Experience working in a bank or financial services environment.
