Join our team as a Payroll Advisor, where you will manage and oversee payroll processing for our clients. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide expert advice on payroll matters.
Responsibilities
Manage the payroll processing cycle, including deductions and contributions.
Provide analytical support in payroll processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures concerning payroll.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
Implement improvements in payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
Conduct regular audits of payroll records and recommend improvements.
Assist in the month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation.
Engage with external auditors for payroll audits as required.
Advantageous
Proficiency in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans would be advantageous.
Previous experience in a financial institution: Experience working in a bank or financial services environment.
