Job Description

We are looking for dedicated farmworkers to assist in the harvesting of our citrus crops. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick citrus fruits efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
• Clean and maintain tools and machinery used in the harvesting operation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss daily tasks and improvements.
• Support the packaging team by preparing harvested fruits for distribution.
• Contribute to maintaining the overall farm cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience operating harvesting equipment: Familiarity with machinery used in the citrus harvesting process.
