Job Description

As a Food Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of new food products. Your expertise in food science will help ensure quality standards while innovating to meet consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Design experiments to test food product formulations and processing techniques.
  • Oversee sensory evaluations and consumer testing of new products.
  • Maintain documentation of research methodologies and results.
  • Train production staff on new processes and product specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field
  • Ph.D. in Food Science is a plus
