Job Description

We’re seeking a Key Client Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance our client relationships. In this role, you will strategize initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. Your expertise in account management will be crucial as you liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client engagement.
  • Track client interactions and manage account data diligently.
  • Organize and deliver presentations to clients on new offerings.
  • Perform competitive analysis to inform client strategies.
  • Build and maintain a client database for ongoing engagement.
  • Provide training and support for clients on new products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in client management with proven track record
