Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our operations by ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills and experience in payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll functions and prepare payroll tax filings.
• Monitor payroll transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare reports for management review.
• Train staff on new payroll systems or processes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding payroll issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records.
• Assist in budgeting for payroll expenses.
• Ensure correct application of wages according to company policy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Professional certifications like IPP or SAP Payroll preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in payroll administration or related field
