Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in HR strategy and operations. The successful candidate will manage HR initiatives, drive performance management, and ensure compliance with labour laws, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain HR metrics and reporting.
  • Initiate employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop training programs that support skill development and career growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related challenges.
  • Promote health and safety programs within the workplace.
  • Facilitate wellness initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR management is preferred

  • 6+ years of HR experience with strong managerial exposure
