Job Description

The Legal Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, document preparation, and client communications. You will be responsible for maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with legal research. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update case management databases.
  • Assist in the development of legal strategies.
  • Review legal documentation for accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of legal presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal documents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Diploma in Legal Studies is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment
