In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance.

• Create and implement training programs for new staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess store performance.
• Drive customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
• Manage in-store promotions to enhance product visibility.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Engage with customers to gain feedback and improve services.
