Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.
• Work closely with management to promote compliance culture within the organization.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property issues.
• Support the legal team in various ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Coordinate with governmental and regulatory bodies on legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Law will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles or related fields
