Job Description

As a Compliance Officer at Confident Compliance Solutions, you will oversee compliance operations, develop training programs, and ensure regulatory adherence. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps in adherence to regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on regulatory requirements and risk management.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee awareness of compliance issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
  • Participate in compliance investigations and help navigate disputes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
  • Honors degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance management or related fields
