We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law and compliance, capable of navigating complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of legal affairs for the company.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize various legal agreements.
• Conduct audits of legal compliance across departments.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specific legal issues.
• Review marketing materials to confirm compliance with advertising regulations.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree required
• Master’s in Legal Studies is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in legal advisory positions

Technical Skills

• Legal Research
• Regulatory Compliance

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Membership in Legal Associations
• Certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are beneficial

Languages

• English: Fluent
