Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Develop training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
  • Assist in designing employee satisfaction surveys and analyse results.
  • Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with privacy laws.
  • Review and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
