Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and improve retention rates.
  • Provide support to the HR team on various initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor employee engagement and assist in implementing engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
