Job Description

Join our team as a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist. This role involves analyzing job positions to determine classification and salary levels, as well as providing recommendations for job design and pay structures. Your expertise will be crucial in developing competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead job analysis projects to align roles with internal and external benchmarks.
  • Compile and maintain a database of job descriptions and salary analytics.
  • Conduct regular audits of job classifications to ensure correct classification.
  • Engage in discussions with external vendors regarding salary surveys and compensation studies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Use analytical skills to resolve compensation-related issues that may arise.
  • Support annual compensation review processes by gathering and presenting data.
  • Advise on compliance with employment equity and labor regulations.
  • Develop communication materials for staff concerning compensation policies.
  • Build relationships within the industry to enhance knowledge of compensation best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or job evaluation.
