Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and staff performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Work with marketing to promote events and special offers.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Customer Service Excellence Strong ability to ensure top-tier customer service.
  • Operational Management Proficient in managing daily operations for diverse venues.
  • Budget Management Experience in developing and overseeing budgets.
  • Leadership Capable of leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Exceptional skills in resolving conflicts and operational challenges.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with the latest health and safety regulations: Knowledge of regulations impacting the hospitality industry.
