Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Manager! This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, where you will lead and inspire a team, manage guest services, and drive customer satisfaction to new heights. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, and implementing service enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and staff performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Work with marketing to promote events and special offers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • An MBA with a focus on Hospitality Management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management roles
