Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Port Elizabeth. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through inquiries and addressing any concerns they may have. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure all requests are addressed promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on feedback.
  • Assist in updating customer service protocols as needed.
  • Deliver training to new team members and support peer development.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Certificate in Customer Service is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
