Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create a culture of respect and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of diversity programs.
• Engage with employees to foster a culture of inclusion.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Research best practices in diversity and inclusion and suggest new programs.
• Address and resolve issues related to discrimination and bias.
• Promote awareness of diversity issues through internal communications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion or human resources
