Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to enhance our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create a culture of respect and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct DEI-related training and workshops for employees and management.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
• Monitor and report on diversity metrics to senior management.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture that encourages feedback and communication.
• Act as a consultant for employee resource groups (ERGs) and committees.
• Manage relationships with community organizations and diversity networks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion or human resources
