Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency from procurement to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the supply chain from procurement to delivery.
  • Develop partnerships with key suppliers to enhance collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
  • Implement best practices in inventory management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics.
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align objectives.
  • Evaluate and select transportation providers.
  • Manage supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare annual forecasts and budgets for supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in supply chain
