Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. You'll lead a dedicated team, driving performance while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and training of hospitality staff.
  • Ensure that service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract visitors.
  • Maintain a strong presence on social media and hospitality platforms.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning.
  • Monitor online reviews and address any negative feedback.
  • Report on operational performance to upper management.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to foster team cohesion and communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
  • Hospitality Management certifications are preferred

  • 5+ years in a managerial position within the hotel industry
