Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Rack Loader to join our dynamic warehouse team. Your core responsibilities will revolve around loading and unloading racks efficiently and safely, ensuring all items are stored accurately.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload racks with goods.
• Confirm proper stacking and organization.
• Utilize equipment like forklifts safely.
• Support in inventory checks and stock audits.
• Communicate with team members for workflow improvements.
• Follow safety regulations and company protocols.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Help resolve any logistical challenges that arise.
• Promote a positive team culture.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required. On-the-job training provided.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Inventory management

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Valid forklift license preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in warehousing or logistics: Prior experience in similar environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory systems: Familiarity with stock management tools will be beneficial.
