Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for a variety of positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recruitment marketing materials.
• Assist in developing a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events.
• Train and support interviewers in the hiring process.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in sourcing and hiring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology
• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in an agency environment
