Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Cape Town as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll be the key liaison between our clients and technical teams. Your role will involve driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively addressing client needs to foster long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and promotions.
  • Participate in customer success meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the company to drive improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
Technical Skills
  • Technical knowledge of software products

Certifications
