Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. Your expertise will contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritises customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success or client relations
