Job Description

As a Glove Finisher, you will play a pivotal role in the glove manufacturing process. You'll ensure that each glove meets our stringent quality standards through meticulous finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-finishing techniques on various types of gloves.
• Ensure that quality checks are conducted before packaging.
• Maintain accurate logs of the number of gloves finished daily.
• Support the production team in meeting daily targets.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
• Assist in inventory management of gloves and materials.
• Engage in continuous learning of best practices in glove finishing.
• Participate in team meetings regarding production processes.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Help maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Any relevant certification in manufacturing or quality control is a plus

Experience

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
