• Handle complaints and queries effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all events comply with safety and legal standards.
• Engage in contract negotiations and finalization.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Participate in local community events to boost brand presence.
• Stay informed about new technologies and platforms in event management.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Event Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in events and sales
