Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Relevant certifications such as CAD or FEA training

Experience

• 4-6 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
