As a Tip Stretcher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences at our restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service that maximizes tips, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and accurately.
• Develop good rapport with regular customers to enhance loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Experience in bartending or cocktail making is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service

Languages

• English: Fluent
