As a Maid and Housekeeping Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience a clean and inviting environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas, assisting waitstaff, and providing excellent customer service.

• Ensure all dining areas are clean and inviting for guests.
• Assist with table setup and reset between guests.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Support front-of-house staff during peak service times.
• Facilitate a seamless dining experience by assisting guests as needed.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain service flow.
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to management immediately.

• Grade 10 or higher
• Training in food hygiene or hospitality is an advantage
• Time management Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Cleaning techniques Knowledge of effective cleaning methods and practices.
• Attention to detail High level of attention to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Effective communication Ability to clearly communicate with team members and guests.
• English (Fluent)

• Multilingual abilities: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Afrikaans, is preferred.
• Experience in high-end restaurants: Background in luxurious dining establishments will be advantageous.
