Job Description

As a Maid and Housekeeping Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience a clean and inviting environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas, assisting waitstaff, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dining areas are clean and inviting for guests.
• Assist with table setup and reset between guests.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Support front-of-house staff during peak service times.
• Facilitate a seamless dining experience by assisting guests as needed.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain service flow.
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to management immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or higher
• Formal education in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
