Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their objectives while optimizing their use of our products. You will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and provide product training.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and guide strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical support to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Organize webinars and customer training sessions to enhance product usage.
  • Develop new processes to ensure customer delight and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of customer success stories and case studies.
  • Participate in product launches and customer feedback cycles.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a tech environment
