Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Gqeberha. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions promptly.
  • Deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously.
  • Work closely with the support team to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Adapt to new product launches and updates.
  • Assist in onboarding new customer service team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business preferred
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar tools
  • Data Entry

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • isiXhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in additional South African languages is a plus.
  • Experience in a contact center environment: Experience working in a fast-paced contact center would be advantageous.
