Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs to attract top talent.
• Implement wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of compensation trends and make recommendations.
• Provide guidance on workplace safety protocols and practices.
• Conduct HR training for new managers and staff.
• Oversee the implementation of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
• Advise on employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
