Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our Durban team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes that foster employee growth and development. Your expertise will help create a culture of continuous learning within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend new training technologies and methodologies.
  • Engage with employees to obtain feedback on training experiences.
  • Create a mentorship programme to support employee development.
  • Identify external training opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist with the development of talent management strategies.
  • Promote a positive learning environment that encourages employee participation.
  • Facilitate regular training evaluations and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certification in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate training environment

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

Languages
