Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Cape Town, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives and supporting our workforce effectively. Your role will include managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and facilitating professional development programs. Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Administer employee performance reviews and provide support.
• Create and maintain HR reports for management.
• Establish and promote HR best practices within the organization.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Organize and lead training workshops for employee skill development.
• Ensure policies align with legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management

Certifications
