Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Experts Group, you will play a crucial role in offering legal advice and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include drafting contracts, advising on legal compliance, and representing the company in legal matters. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses a strong understanding of corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance issues and internal compliance policies.
• Review and negotiate contracts with third parties to mitigate risks.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage litigation processes.
• Prepare legal opinions and memoranda on various legal issues.
• Collaborate with the management team to shape company policy.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in corporate law or legal compliance roles.
