Job Description

We are in search of a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HR management, employee relations, and compliance. You will be instrumental in creating a workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Your expertise in talent acquisition and performance management will help us drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Manage employee records and HR database.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and performance reviews.
  • Support organizational change initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with supervisory duties
