Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with department heads to maintain high service standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control expenses and financial performance.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Ensure effective communication amongst all departments.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in hospitality
