Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of our HR operations in Port Elizabeth. This role requires a proactive approach to talent management, conflict resolution, and compliance with labour laws. You will be responsible for guiding the HR team, developing training programs, and ensuring our HR policies support our workforce's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team and manage HR operations.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Address employee concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Establish performance management systems that encourage employee growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role
